Whats needed to enroll: · $75 registration fee will hold your child's spot until youre ready to start
Whats needed on your first day: · Signed copy of the Parent Handbook · Emergency Information Card · Health Appraisal for your child - signed by their physician (needed within 30 days) · Immunization Records (needed within 30 days) · A spare change of clothes · Any comfort items for your child, a pacifier, blanket, etc. (Be sure to label all items) |
