At Maybury Summer Camp, children will participate in learning, growing and exploring all summer long. Hands-on learning and enrichment will be provided by a state certified elementary education teacher with an endorsement in early childhood. The camp will provide opportunities for your child to grow, be creative, make friends, and enjoy their summer outdoors! Parents will feel good knowing their child is in a safe environment and learning every step of the way. Experienced staff, trained and certified in First Aid and CPR.

Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm w/ complimentary pre/post care Ages: 1st thru 5th grade Weekly Rate: $150 per child - 2nd child discount and part time rates available

My name is Jamie Green and I have just graduated from Western Michigan University with my degree in Elementary Education and my certification in early childhood education. Now that I have graduated I have started the uphill battle of finding a teaching job. I am very passionate about teaching and children. I believe that kids have the right to learn with hands-on experience and real life connections. I became a teacher to give children an honest and caring environment to explore and learn about the world around them.
My favorite quote is by Mahatma Ghandi, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." I try to live my life with that quote in mind. |
